Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted taking their kids Harlow and Sparrow to a birthday party in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday afternoon. And who else was at the party? Why, no other than Joel’s brother Benji and actor Tobey Maguire, his wife Jennifer Meyer, and their kids Ruby and Otis.
